Two Active Travel Routes – Design stages 3 (Developed Design) & 4 (Technical Design) Lot 1: Lochmaben to Lockerbie Working in partnership with SWestrans the regional transport partnership, The Network Strategy and Road Safety Team are developing these projects using Transport Scotland’s Tier 1 funding. Consultant to deliver the design stages 3-4, developed design, and technical design for the active travel route of Lochmaben to Lockerbie.. Should this contract proceed to tender, it is intended to procure through an Open Tender Procedure on PCS and PCS-Tender. Lot 2: Leswalt to Stranraer Working in partnership with SWestrans the regional transport partnership, The Network Strategy and Road Safety Team are developing these projects using Transport Scotland’s Tier 1 funding. Consultant to deliver the design stages 3-4, developed design, and technical design for the active travel route of Leswalt to Stranraer.. Should this contract proceed to tender, it is intended to procure through an Open Tender Procedure on PCS and PCS-Tender.
