Train the Trainer Programme

Tender description

Provision of design and facilitation of a "train the trainer" programme Lot 1: Genomics England has contracted for the design and facilitation of a "train the trainer" programme to accredit 14 employees to roll out Core beliefs, Strategic Mindsets and Relish across the organisation, which will support people to navigate change and the impact of the Evolving Genomics England programme. The programme will help trainers develop knowledge and skills to facilitate the sessions to managers and all of Genomics England. The supplier will design all content and provide materials for trainers to roll out these tools to all of Genomics England (500+ employees) for the year of 2025, as well as provide access to pilot Neuro+.
