University of Limerick’s Governing Authority is seeking to appoint a President to lead the institution over the coming decade. The role of President is a critical leadership position, acting as Chief Officer, with overall responsibility for the leadership, strategic direction and oversight of the University in the delivery of its activities. This notice is a market sounding exercise for the Executive Search and Recruitment Services for the role of President of the University. It invites responses from the market for the purpose of market research and further engagement regarding the services required, including level and expertise from the market in the search for a position of this calibre in a Higher Education setting. It is preliminary research and is not a call for competition. A call for competition is expected in the coming two months.
