North of England Commissioning Support (NECS), working for and on behalf of NHS North East Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust (NEAS), wishes to commission a framework agreement for the provision of Third-Party 111 Online and Primary Care Speak To (PCST) Services. In preparation for the proposed framework North of England Commissioning Support (NECS) and the Contracting Authority are holding a Bidder Event on Wednesday 26th March 2025 at 2pm via Microsoft Teams. This event will provide an overview of the Third-Party 111 Online and Primary Care Speak To (PCST) Services, the Procurement process and on how to submit a bid. It is important to note that this is not a call for competition and as such you will need to express your interest in any future opportunity once the contract notice is published in Find a Tender. NECS is utilising an electronic tendering tool, Atamis, to communicate with potential providers.
