Tender description
Torbay Council is seeking the provision of a cloud hosted Learning Management System (LMS) which has been fully developed and in live use. To enhance usability, accessibility, and integrations with other systems, thereby improving the overall learning experience for employees and external users. In order to provide unrestricted, full, direct and free of charge access to the EOI Documents the Authority is providing the Documents in PDF format in the Opportunities Area of the ProContract e-Tendering portal at www.supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk
