Tender description

Constellia on behalf of Bristol City Council requires for an accredited asbestos specialist to carry out an independent review of the policy and procedures adopted by Bristol City Council (BCC) Landlord Services, in respect of The control of Asbestos Regulations 2012 (CAR)and L143 (Second Edition) 2013 "Managing and working with asbestos". The aim is to review BCC's approach to Managing and Working with Asbestos, to establish if it sufficiently fulfils its legal obligations to its employees, tenants, contractors, and members of the public, that may enter any of the premises owned and managed by BCC for the purpose of providing homes. The specification is attached to this notice. Interested suppliers are asked to email Stuart Hinde by 12noon on the 4th April expressing an interest in the project alongside case studies demonstrating an ability to deliver the contract. Suppliers must also be registered with Constellia's Neutral Vendor Marketplace.
