Tender description

The City Council are inviting bids from suitably qualified and experienced consultants to produce a Strategic Flood Risk Assessment (SFRA) for the city in accordance with national planning policy and guidance. This will form an integral part of the evidence base underpinning the new Local Plan for Liverpool. The Council wishes to commission suitably qualified consultants to undertake a review/update to an existing Level 1 (SFRA) and to produce a new Level 2 SFRA for the city in accordance with the National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF), Planning Practice Guidance (PPG), Environment Agency guidance and all other relevant legislation and policy.
