Cambridge City Council and South Cambridgeshire District Council (the Councils) are producing a new joint Greater Cambridge Local Plan which will cover the combined geographic area of the two local authorities. The Councils are seeking suitably qualified consultants to prepare a Hotel Study which will support the development of detailed Local Plan policies The Councils are seeking to work with a contractor who can demonstrate a high level of knowledge and practical experience of visitor accommodation needs assessments related to development plan making and has a good understanding of changing visitor accommodation patterns.
