Tender description
We understand that the overall aim of the project is to provide and incorporate a detailed seascape character assessment into the existing landscape character assessment. Combining the seascape and existing landscape assessment will provide a robust single source of evidence to inform future landscape and seascape change and support strategic planning, development management decisions and provide guidelines for the conservation and enhancement of Cornwall’s special landscape qualities.
