Post-consumer waste glass, cans and plastics’ means food and drinks containers collected from householders, consisting of, but not limited to: - Plastics drinks bottles (PET) - Clear plastics milk bottles (HDPE) - Cooking oil bottles - Toiletry/household cleaning bottles - Food trays - Margarine tubs - Yoghurt pots - Fruit and vegetable punnets - Glass bottles and jars - Ferrous and non-ferrous food and drinks cans - Empty aerosols - Clean aluminium foil PCWGCP will be collected from households throughout the area in a wheeled bin collection at the kerbside by the Council on a 3 weekly cycle. Initial contract period is for 24 months with an option to extend for a further 12 months at the councils discretion.
