Cyber Ireland is the national cybersecurity cluster organisation, an industry representative body for the cybersecurity sector hosted at Munster Technological University, and backed by government through Enterprise Ireland, IDA Ireland and the National Cyber Security Centre. The cluster brings together 200 member organisations across industry (start-ups, SMEs, and MNCs), education and training providers, research groups, government agencies, NGOs and investors. CINC is Cyber Ireland’s National Conference, our flagship cybersecurity event for our members and key stakeholders in the cybersecurity sector. It brings together the senior leaders and professionals across industry, academia and government each year to discuss the cyber security landscape, challenges and opportunities we face. CINC has been running for 3 years and was held in Cork (2022), Galway (2023) and Kilkenny (2024). CINC24 took place on the 25th and 26th September at the Lyrath Estate Hotel with 480 Attendees, 210 organisations, 31 Speakers. To date the Cyber Ireland team has managed the majority of conference organisation in-house. In 2024, a professional conference organiser supported the delivery of the conference. Due to the growing size of the conference, the organisational effort involved and to ensure a professionally run conference, we are seeking a professional conference organiser (PCO) to manage the conference organisation for 2025.
