Tender description
Transport Scotland has a requirement for professional assistance to support, on a short term basis, Special Projects Branch, Roads Directorate to manage and coordinate the Minor Improvement (MI) Schemes programme. Lot 1: Award made using Lot 1 – Roads and Bridges of the Engineering and Technical Consultancy Scotland Excel Framework. The Services required fall in line with the scope of this Lot. The Framework caters for direct awards with a defined selection procedure which includes, but is not limited to, ensuring the suitability of the suppliers expertise, availability and rates.
