Tender description

To provide a local, direct access non-obstetric ultrasound service with staff qualified to appropriate levels of skill and experience, using ultrasound equipment which complies with the guidance set by the Royal College of Radiologists, connection to NHS image transfer solutions, the ability to integrate with the NHS e- Referral System (eRS), robust performance management systems and stringent levels of clinical governance. The care pathway being commissioned includes the receipt of the referral and its initial triage, pre-appointment communication with patients, the diagnostic investigation and a report being sent to the referrer. Lot 1: This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) contract permitted modification notice. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. This contract has now been formally modified. Award decision-makers; NHS Devon ICB PSR Steering Group No conflicts of interest, or potential conflicts of interest, were declared by any decision makers.
