Tender description

The Association is seeking to identify a suitably qualified and experienced Consultant (the Consultant) that can build on the quality and accuracy of the Association’s existing asset data, provide comprehensive information on the condition of the Association’s and also specific areas retained by Glasgow City Council of soft and hard landscaping features, and identify appropriate packages of work/phasing of future repairs, replacement, improvement and maintenance projects. The results delivered will be used in the Association’s life cycle costing plans.
