Tender description
Tobacco is still the biggest cause of health inequalities and a major disease burden and cause of death in Blackburn with Darwen. The Government’s ambition is for England to be Smokefree by 2030 and to increase healthy life expectancy by five years by 2035, while reducing inequalities and levelling up the nation.
