Tender description

The British Council requires information from a reliable estate agent for renting of either a 3 or 4 bedroom serviced apartment within Ikoyi area of Lagos. An accommodation solution that will offer comfort of a home. The rental features for the apartment are generally expected to provide seamless residential experience for the occupant(s). In addition to general housekeeping and maintenance, the rental benefits should include:<br />i. 3- or 4-bedroom apartment with living/dining room space with possibly a boy’s quarters<br />ii. Ensuite bathroom/toilet facilities and guest toilet<br />iii. Sizeable kitchen space with cabinets<br />iv. Access to fitness centre, swimming pool, and other recreational facilities<br />v. Secure parking facilities<br />vi. 24 hours security services<br />vii. Utilities <br />viii. Short turnaround time for requested quotes.<br />
