‘This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) confirmation of contract award notice. This contract has been awarded under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. This contract has now been formally awarded using direct award process C.’ -Contract Award 1st March 2024 - 30th March 2025. The total price for the contract period will be £349,395 3xclusive of VAT Lot 1: The primary purpose of the Specialist Rehabilitation Service For People with Alcohol Misuse and Complex Needs is to support people to break their dependence on alcohol and to enable them to be active citizens, playing a full and meaningful part in the community through the provision of a non-medical detoxification and rehabilitation programme for those living with additional complex needs. Liverpool City Council is intending to award a contract an existing provider following direct award process C Provider Selection Regime Regulations January 2024 The contract period is 1st March 2024 - 31st March 2024.
