Tender description

North Somerset Council is looking to appoint consultants to write an adaptive water level management plan to incrementally raise water level in North Somerset’s Peatlands to conserve peat. This would need to take into account the completed hydrogeological study and hydraulic modelling and determine target water levels, locations of water control structures and identify where additional water level control structures could potentially be located. North Somerset Council is particularly welcoming of innovative methods and approaches where possible. Keywords: Water Level, Management Plan
