Tender description

The aim of this project is to enhance our understanding and detection of microbial and stygobitic species in groundwater ecosystems using environmental DNA (eDNA). The ultimate goal is to establish a reliable and efficient protocol for eDNA collection and analysis of microbes and stygobites, contributing to the broader understanding of biodiversity and health in groundwater ecosystems.
