Lot 1: The decision to publish this Voluntary Ex-Ante Transparency (VEAT) notice is based on compelling circumstances surrounding the endorsement received from the Kenyan Government in favour of the ScanForm solution. The Kenyan Government, following a comprehensive evaluation, has officially endorsed ScanForm as the preferred solution for digital data capture.
