Preliminary Market Consultation to outsource IT Systems Administration

Tender description

The purpose of this Preliminary Market Consultation is to assist SFPC in understanding if there is a market appetite to fulfil the level of services required due to its scale. It is envisaged that SFPC will require a suitably qualified contractor to fulfil IT support, liaison, coordination activities and management of same for approx. 7-10 hours per week with a combination of remote and on-site hours required. The on-site visits will be primarily based at the Foynes office, however, the occasional visit to Limerick City may also be required. See information document attached to request. This is not a Request for a Quote/ Tender, this consultation is to determine if the services offered by the market align with the key responsibilities envisaged for the scale of this potential future procurement. Written Proposals of services available in line with the scope including confirmation of interest in providing the scale of service is required.
