The works being offered for tender are to 6 properties in the East Hartford area of Cramlington, to try to cure the known defects within the buildings, following disruptive asbestos removal works. The area is largely made up of terraced properties with front access directly from the street, and a rear access to the back lane. The works are generally of a similar nature to all 6 properties, but the quantities, specification, and some details of the schedule of works may differ from property to property.
