Tender description

Wigtown Divisional Licensing Board is named in Article 3(1) of the Gambling (Geographical Distribution of Large and Small Casino Premises Licences) Order 2008 (SI2008 No. 1327) as one of the licensing authorities entitled to issue a small casino licence in the area of Dumfries and Galloway Council. The Board is currently looking to assess whether there is interest from gambling operators in applying for a small casino licence to operate within that area.
