Tender description

The purpose of this request for information is to gather information regarding the availability and the capacity of suppliers that would be in a position to provide a Rehabilitation Programme for HSE Dublin and Midlands Health Region. The supplier will deliver group exercise classes in Multiple Locations across the Dublin and Midlands area (approx. 12 locations) for people with chronic illness. Referral for participants in the classes will be from hospitals, GPs and community based allied health professions.
