Tender description

Nutrient Mitigation Scheme Constructed Wetlands Provision of design and build services for constructed wetlands. This will be managed across a multi-lot, multi-supplier framework agreement, covering an initial period of 3 years with an optional 12 month extension period. The framework will be managed by Natural England, with access provided to other public bodies and public sector organisation throughout the life of the framework. All call-off under the framework will be via direct award up to the value of £2M. Each regional lot will have a maximum of 2 suppliers appointed (1 primary supplier and 1 secondary supplier), with the primary supplier delivering 75% of the work and the remaining 25% delivered by the secondary supplier. NEC 4 contracts will be used under the framework at call-off.
