Tender description

The Moray Council is seeking to appoint an organisation to work in collaboration with the Local Authority in the development of an Early Years Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) initiative. The appointment relates to exhibition and interpretation design and build services. Lot 1: Moray Council is seeking bids for the design and installation of a Early Years STEM Discovery Centre within the Elgin Library. Additional information: Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
