Tender description
This Request for Proposal (RFP) is for the provision of a low kV Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) and its relative accessories.<br />The Department of Physics of the University of Cambridge provides modern laboratory accommodation and state of the art research facilities. The Electron Microscopy Facility provides microscopy support to the research of the Physics Department and the University as a whole. It will also provide microscopy support to the National Characterisation Facility and the West Cambridge Enterprise Hub. <br />The low kV SEM will complement the electron microscopy tool s within the Suite and those across the University. <br />
