Tender description
The Health Service Executive (HSE) wishes to invite qualified individuals/firms to submit tenders to host, assist in the design and provide analysis on an Organisational Staff Engagement Survey on behalf of the Capability and Culture Unit, National Human Resources (HR). The results of the survey will be used to inform HSE people management practices, the development of a Staff Engagement and Culture Framework and the Trust and Confidence programme that will guide the organisation for the coming years.
