Provision for the design and Installation of Art Sculptures for CCBC

Tender description

Caerphilly County Borough Council (the Council) requires two separate art projects as set out below. The projects are for our Communications & Waste Services area and Cwmcarn Forest. There are two sperate funding streams for each project and have therefore been divided into two separate Lots. Bidders can submit a response for one or both Lots and are not obligated to bid for both. Each Lot will be evaluated separately in accordance with the evaluation criteria set out in the procurement documents. Each Lot will be awarded separately. If you are bidding for both Lots you must ensure that you have sufficient capacity and capability to undertake both projects in the timescales stipulated and will be asked to provide information on how you will achieve this as part of your response.
