Nursing Care Provision - Market Engagement

This is a market engagement event. The London Borough of Camden commissions a range of providers as part of a vibrant local care market, this includes residential, nursing and extra care settings in addition to a diverse care at home offer. The Council works in partnership with colleagues across North Central London (NCL) to ensure that care provision is safe, sustainable and responsive to the needs of local communities. "We Make Camden" is the Council's strategic plan for how Adult Social Care Services will support residents to live and age well. High quality Nursing care is central to this ambition. Adults' Commissioners work collaboratively with providers to deliver strengths-based and innovative services, which will meet the needs of residents now and into the future. The London Borough of Camden is seeking to award up to three contracts for the provision of Nursing beds in and around the borough under a block arrangement. Providers must be able to offer a minimum of 20 beds at any one time at a rate set out in the form of tender. The contract will be awarded for a period of seven years, commencing in July 2025. The Council recognises that it is a time of unprecedented change for the care sector and is looking to work flexibly in partnership with providers to meet the needs of Camden residents.
