Tender description

The NMBI Fitness to Practise Department processes complaints made against registered nurses and registered midwives on grounds including professional misconduct, poor professional performance and relevant medical disability. The main purpose of the fitness to practise process is to protect the public. The primary role of the legal firm(s) engaged under this procurement process will be to prepare and present cases on behalf of the NMBI CEO with respect to registrants who have been referred to inquiry.
