Tender description

The Authority required one (1) provider with experience of developing arts projects with socially excluded or vulnerable people. LYPFT on behalf of Arts & Minds wish to appoint an organisation with this experience to improve the partnership working approach on which our work is based. The initial contract is for three (3) years with the option to extend for a further two (2) years on a one (1) + one (1) basis.
