Tender description

North East Lincolnshire Council is keen to support the town centres in the Borough and is looking at a flexible approach that encourages greater footfall to support the centres. Equans on behalf of North East Lincolnshire Council is seeking a suitably qualified Consultant to carry our a Retail and Leisure Study to provide an analytical analysis reflecting on the changing nature of town centre uses. This also includes the impact of significant developments that are currently under construction.
