Tender description
The initial SOBC was submitted as a partnership bid, of which Pell Frischmann was a named partner, with their expertise in environmental consultancy and technical support a key aspect of the bid. At the heart of the Live Labs business case is the development of a ‘’Carbon Lens hierarchy’’, and this is based upon a proven matrix based optioneering methodology, which has been developed into a toolkit by Pell Frischmann. This approach is innovative, and the methodology and associated toolkit is currently only available via this supplier.
