Regenda is approaching the market to source a contract for the provision of services in relation to abatement, treatment, and removal of asbestos materials from buildings. Lot 1: Regenda Limited is approaching potential bidders to appoint one Service Provider to meet the company’s asbestos abatement and asbestos removal requirements in relation to the planned and investment programmes and day to day operations across the Regenda Group (Regenda). This will incorporate related services including but not limited to the following: • Licenced and non-licenced/notifiable and non-notifiable asbestos removal and disposal. • Encapsulation of ACM’s. • Labelling of ACM’s if deemed appropriate. • 24/7 Emergency response: Attending site within 3 hours of instruction for a suspected asbestos containing materials contamination incident. • Miscellaneous activities such as drilling or scraping to facilitate 3rd party contractor works i.e. Heating Engineers or Fire Alarm Installer. • Site attendance to review potential projects. • Meeting attendance in support of the contract or any specific project.
