• Accommodation-Based Support for a minimum of 24 Homeless 16- & 17-year-olds within self-contained accommodation, and access to a further maximum of 5 units of emergency/assessment beds. Lot 1: The aims of the service described within this specification to help homeless young people, aged 16 & 17, access appropriate accommodation and services. The Council’s vision is to support young people to move towards greater independence; whether this is to permanent accommodation or to return home, as appropriate to the individual needs of the young person
