STAR Procurement, acting on behalf of Stockport and Rochdale Councils is inviting you to tender a quotation for the provision of those services described below. The service required from the Service Provider is to identify additional Rateable Value (RV) in the rating list and develop a model to help SMCB and RBC forecast future Business Rates revenues in light of both changing patterns of economic activity and the changing commercial property market in the Borough. Please note: All submissions must be via The Chest Portal by the closing date specified. All clarification questions must be raised via the messaging facility on the Portal.
