North Region – Northern England - Weeton Brief Scope of Works • External Wall Insulation (EWI) to main dwellings • Replacement of doors and windows to main dwellings and single storey extension to the rear of properties • Re-roofing to main dwelling and flat roofs to rear and extending • Chimney demolition • Gable extensions • Replace fascias, soffits, RWGs and SVPs • Itemised new lintels to ground floor windows • Replacement of canopies to GRP mono pitch canopies • Meter over boxes • Replacement of external lights & doorbells • Render outhouse stores and attached bin store wall • Replacement of store doors and window • Replacement of store roof and fascias • Alterations to fencing/gates for EWI and render installation • Itemised boiler replacement • Full removal of two trees to the rear of two properties • Dedicated full time OSLO Amey have been tasked by the Defence Infrastructure Organisation through the Future Defence Infrastructure Service to deliver the Regional Accommodation Maintenance Service for the Central and North Regions.
