Software License Resellers Agreement (SLRA)

Tender description

This tender is for the supply of software licenses via resellers to cover (Windows, Adobe, VMware and other miscellaneous) software sold via resellers but to also accommodate deals that may be in place directly with manufacturers. Lot 1: Microsoft Software and Associated Services(SLRA) Microsoft software and licenses including SAAS, support, maintenance, renewals and associated services including consultancy. Includes ETLA, Campus Agreements, CSP agreements and Select Plus. Lot 2: Adobe Software and Associated Services Adobe software specific to ETLA agreements (site licences, multi-site or unlimited) inclusive of maintenance and renewal and associated services including consultancy. Adobe CLP Agreements (perpetual licenses) and VIP Agreements (named user/device licenses). Lot 3: VMWare Software and Associated Services VMware software and license including support, maintenance, renewals and associated services including consultancy. Lot 4: Miscellaneous Software and Associated Services Miscellaneous software and licenses including SAAS, support and associated services, maintenance and renewals. Commercial off the shelf software and license including support, maintenance and renewals. Lot 5: Software Services Software services for all products supplied under the agreement including consultancy. Includes but is not limited to cloud services, software asset management or services for any product under the agreement.
