Tender description

property compliance management system within BCC. Fire risk assessment remedial actions are being managed on an Excel spreadsheet which requires thousands of lines of data to be reviewed/amended on a daily basis. This is not sustainable and a bespoke system is required to manage these more effectively, efficiently, and safely. The request for obtaining a management system, separate to the NEC project, was agreed by Cllr Renhard and asked to be dealt with swiftly. We are therefore asking to implement a specialist system to aid managing the remedial actions above, and anticipate this can be achieved through a mini competition with the GCloud framework.
