National Framework for Selected Medical Practitioner Services.BlueLight Commercial are seeking to set up a National Framework for Selected Medical Practitioner Services (SMPs). SMPs are required to provide independent medical advice to force Pension Authorities on all matters relating to medical questions. SMPs must be a Member or Fellow of the Faculty of Occupational Medicine (MFOM or FFOM), or EEA equivalent. The minimum requirement should be that they are an Associate of the Faculty of Occupational Medicine (AFOM) or EEA equivalent.The requirement will be tendered via a multi-supplier framework, lotted geographically. Suppliers may bid for either one or all lots and will be able to work nationally. Framework Participants (Police Forces) will be able to call-off from the Framework Agreement.
