ITT For Multi-trade Repairs Following Survey

Tender description

We are looking for small to medium sized local businesses to work in partnership with RBH, alongside our in-house repair teams, carrying out repairs as required following the production of a disrepair report and/or Scott schedule. We strive to provide our tenants with the highest standard of repairs possible. On average, we carry out this type of work on around 120 properties each year. The level of work required to bring these properties up to the required high standard, will clearly vary, dependent upon the condition of the property and the items listed in the report.
