Tender description

Hire of Forklift Truck for Waste Management Operations at Whetstone Waste Transfer Station and Recycling and Household Waste Site (LE8 6JL). The initial hire period shall be for a minimum period of 2 years, but the Council may wish to extend the hire period in 12-month periods up to a further 3 years (max 5-year total hire period). The minimum spend awarded under this contract is £37,525 over the five year maximum term. The award value of £50,000 includes contingency for chargeable repairs, for which the Council will be responsible, above the contracted hire charge over the life of the contract.
