Forestry England is seeking expressions of interest from operators wishing to provide café concession(s) at two of our sites in the Forest of Dean, Gloucestershire. Lot 1: Beechenhurst Cafe Beechenhurst, in the heart of the Forest of Dean, https://www.forestryengland.uk/beechenhurst attracts in the region of 360,000 visits annually. The café lease area contains over 100 indoor covers and 80 outdoor covers. Lot 2: Symonds Yat Rock Cafe Symonds Yat Rock Cafe is based at the well-known viewpoint overlooking the River Wye https://www.forestryengland.uk/symonds-yat-rock The site has in the region of 190,000 visits annually. The cafe is a log cabin style refreshment kiosk with outdoor seating only, there are 60 outdoor covers surrounding the cabin.
