Tender description

It is the intention of each of the two the Trusts and ICBs to award one single contract to one provider for each ICB, to deliver all the specified acute and community Nutrition Supply Services requirements, which include enteral feeds, oral nutrition supplements (ONS) to the acute sector, ONS in the community only for administration via enteral feeding tube, pumps, consumables, a Home Delivery Service, and a nursing support service. <br/><br/>Each element cannot be let as separate contracts Lot 1: Lot 1 - Provision of Nutrition Support Products and Services for NHS BOB ICB It is the intention of the Trusts and ICB to award one single contract to one provider to deliver all the specified acute and community Nutrition Supply Services requirements, which include enteral feeds, oral nutrition supplements (ONS) to the acute sector, ONS in the community only for administration via enteral feeding tube, pumps, consumables, a Home Delivery Service, and a nursing support service.<br/><br/>Contract length 3 years + option to extend for a further 2 years Lot 0: Lot 2 - Provision of Nutrition Support Products & Services NHS Frimley ICB Provide enteral nutrition supply services to both acute and community sectors across NHS Frimley ICB and Berkshire West area of BOB ICB. This includes Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust (Frimley Park Hospital & Wexham Park Hospital) and affiliated community hospitals; Royal Berkshire NHS Foundation Trust and affiliated community hospitals; NHS Frimley ICB including East Berkshire area of Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust and affiliated community hospitals, as well as North East Hampshire & Farnham and Surrey Heath areas; Berkshire West area of Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust – which falls under Buckinghamshire Oxfordshire, Berkshire West (BOB) ICB and affiliated community hospitals.<br/>This includes enteral feeds and oral nutritional supplements (ONS) for hospitals.<br/>Enteral feeds and ONS for administration via enteral tube only for community/ primary care sector to be provided either on or off FP10, depending on the area. This based upon the current service models. The current off FP10 model will remain in the community around Frimley Park Hospital (Horth East Hampshire & Farnham and Surrey Heath Places). Other areas will remain on FP10 (community usage in East Berkshire and West Berkshire) <br/><br/>Contract length 3 years with the option to extend for a further 2 years
