The Council sought to engage suitably experienced and competent Contractors, in the context of increased financial pressures, to carry out Fire Door Inspections, Remedials and Replacements for Housing and Property assets across the County of Powys. The Council’s aim was to award an individual contract for each lot. Lots for the Tender are as follows; - Lot 1 – North - Lot 2 – South Lot 1: North Powys - Fire Door Inspections, Remedials and Replacements The Council sought to engage suitably experienced and competent Contractors, in the context of increased financial pressures, to carry out Fire Door Inspections, Remedials and Replacements for Housing and Property assets across North Powys.
