Tender description

Re-roofing works including stripping the existing obsolete concrete roof tiles and replacing the roof coverings; replacing rainwater goods; external building fabric repairs including render repairs; internal redecoration; replacing floor coverings and further miscellaneous works.<br /><br />• Stripping the existing obsolete concrete roof tiles, ridge tiles, verge flashings etc.<br />• Removing the existing asbestos cement verges.<br />• Installing a new breather membrane.<br />• Replacing the roof coverings with new Marley modern rooftiles. <br />• Replacing all existing downpipes and gutters with larger capacity downpipes and gutters.<br />• Undertaking render repairs to all external elevations.<br />• Installing Leviat/Helifix cavity wall ties to all external elevations. <br />• Redecorating all of the wet dash render to all external walls.<br />• Fully redecorating all rooms and corridors internally. <br />• Replacing carpet and vinyl to specified areas.<br />• Further miscellaneous works.<br />
