Development of Pop-Up Shops/ Meanwhile Spaces in Carmarthenshire's Rural Ten Towns

Tender description

In order to address the high number of vacant properties across the rural market towns, Carmarthenshire County Council is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to liaise directly with Landlords of identified vacant properties to unlock opportunities for local businesses and/or 3rd sector organisations to test trade in the towns. The interventions will demonstrate the potential of these vacant properties for longer term lets resulting in increased footfall in the town centres.
