Tender description

The site clearance works that are the subject of this specification aim to achieve the following objectives: • Clear an area of dense scrub vegetation in the location of the existing waste tip in the north west corner of the site, prior to bird nesting season 2024, to facilitate a geophysical survey of the tip. • Clear an area of dense vegetation and bushes and trees on the former PVC Plant Storage Area, in the eastern part of the site, prior to bird nesting season 2024, to facilitate a proposed ground investigation. • Clear an area of dense scrub vegetation in the location of the former Pfizer and Effluent lagoons, in the south-west and western areas of the site respectively, prior to bird nesting season 2024, to facilitate a proposed geophysical survey.
