***This advert is for market engagement only*** <br/><br/>NHS Kent and Medway Integrated Care Board (the commissioner) intends to undertake a procurement process for a comprehensive Adult Autism Service (Care Pathway).<br/><br/>The purpose of this service is to provide safe and effective range of support and interventions for autistic adults as part of the wider support offer from the Kent and Medway Integrated Care System.<br/><br/>The service pathway will comprise 4 pillars of support; Self Directed Support, Supported Self Help, Professional Support, Intensive Support. The pathway will incorporate existing service provision for autistic adults (that may be subject to variation as part of the new service pathway) and new service elements as part of the pillar of professional support.<br/><br/>The commissioner has published this Prior Information Notice to support market engagement only at this stage. The pathway will incorporate existing service provision for autistic adults (that may be subject to variation as part of the new service pathway) and new service elements as part of the pillar of professional support.<br/><br/>The contract duration is expected to be 5 years with up to a 2 year extension<br/>option.<br/><br/>The indicative annual contract value is expected to be £3,860,000.<br/><br/>The commissioner has published this Prior Information Notice to support market engagement only at this stage.<br/><br/>The objective of this engagement is to help the commissioner finalise the financial model, service model and procurement strategy. Providers are invited to attend a virtual market engagement event which will focus on the service specification/requirements, financial model and an overview of the procurement process.<br/><br/>The event is scheduled for Monday 26th February 2024. Providers will also be invited to schedule 1:1 meetings with the commissioner following this event to further discuss the financial model, service model and procurement strategy. Further details relating to the specific timing of the event will be communicated to registered providers.<br/>In order to register to attend the event, please follow the instructions provided later in this notice (Section II.2.14). Providers are asked to complete a short questionnaire as part of the registration process.<br/><br/>Please note, this PIN relates to a service within the scope of The Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023.<br/><br/>The commissioner does not bind itself to commencing or running any public procurement procedure further to, or as a result of, this market engagement.<br/><br/>Any subsequent procurement, if undertaken, will be commenced by way of a separate relevant notice published in Find a Tender.<br/><br/>Any and all information/documents that are made available to the market as part of this engagement exercise is draft and subject to change.
